Processed Photos

I have a really long backlog of unprocessed photos, but sometimes I actually do process them but end up not doing anything with them. Not sharing, not posting online, nothing. Until a day like today, where I decide to pick those random, disconnected shots and decide to make a post with them. To not make this even more random, these are just shots taken in Lisbon, in the last year… or maybe more…

    Kickstarting June in Lisbon

About this last weekend, there’s only one thing to talk about: workshop with the talented Gustavo Minas. Literally two very full days, of learning, sharing, taking photos and, of course, with some beers in between.

Now it’s time to take a deep breath and let the dust settle.

    Foi bonita a festa, pá!

Nestes tempos estranhos, ver este mar de gente a descer a avenida da Liberdade para os 50 anos do 25 de Abril enche-me a alma.

Agora vou ali e já venho, até já!

Some picks from last Sunday’s walk with my mate Luís, feeling kind of lazy for some time so these challenges, or should I say dares, are the push I need. Feeling less and less pressure to actually bring cool photos when I go out, and enjoying that a lot.

Somehow the warm sunny days are the ones that feel just right to go around the neighborhood, and beyond, and do some photos. Just a handful of snaps from this weekend.

Short work trip to the Netherlands. Had a camera, as always. Shots obviously ended up happening, in between the grown up chores.

Some of last December photos, still in the Xmas rush, that were lingering in my hard drive.

January is an insanely long month, the longest of the year, so long it feels like it has been 90 days since I returned back home from another of my winter solstice trips, with so many happening in between. Without further ado, some random shots with no particular order or meaning of that lengthy month.

Winter afternoon photowalk at Lisbon’s eastern neighborhoods with my mate Bruno. There’s no better way to catch up with friends that also photograph than going on a walk with our cameras, if you happen to take nice shots then that’s an extra bonus!

Also was a chance to take out new gear for a drive, but in the end mostly used only one camera. Mental reminder not to take the X100V when testing new gear…
